Tokyo Fashion Week S/S 2013
Based in Tokyo’s subcultural centre Shibuya, Tokyo fashion week officially began this week bringing a wealth of exciting innovations and future talents in fashion. As the first part of our coverage here is a glimpse of our colour forecast for the week so far. Tokyo has followed the organic green forecasts seen previous fashion weeks, with a spectrum of earthy hues being key.
Fluro Pea Shoot
Vegetation and organic hues are given a update through this fluro interpretation, producing a fresh ethereal statement for the summer.
Jade Mint
Where jade has become overly used and quite commercial, Jade Mint offers a much darker, edgier alternative.
Banana
Banana yellow offers the wearer a dash of tropical escapism, instantly transforming an outfit with this fresh sporty accent colour.
